We have been offering all types of classes at Chic Antiques for the past year. Our “Learn to Make Cannolis” has been a big hit, and I am proud to say, I brought my camera to this class!
Our very own, very talented Renee uses her Nonna’s recipe she brought with her from Italy. That’s Nonna, not Renee.
That’s Renee answering questions to a lot of eager cannoli maker wannabe’s
Renee showed us an alternative way to serve cannolis too. That’s the cannoli filling sprinkled with shaved chocolate on the left, and the shells made into strips. Now it’s a fabulous chips & dip dessert
Another recipe we were all pleased to discover that Nonna was well loved for, was her wonderful biscotti. We were delighted that Renee also whipped up a couple of batches and brought them with her for us to sample
Our Colleen brought her daughter Anna, for a fun Mother/Daughter afternoon out. Here they are wearing their Chic Antiques aprons, ready to learn
I would say a great time was had by all, thank you to everyone who made it out this afternoon! As in true Italian style, everyone got to drink wine, take home two cannolis, and a few wonderful recipes; it doesn’t get any better than that!

The class was very informative, fun and delicious! Thank you Renee and Chic Antiques for a great afternoon. We are all fired up and ready to make cannolis for our next family celebration.
Thank you, Dorene, so glad you enjoyed yourself!
